Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. Credits never expire. Monthly credits add up month after month, and you keep them if you cancel.
Monthly plan or one-time pack?
A plan gives you more credits for the same price and refills every month. A pack is a one-off top-up with no subscription. You can have both: pack credits simply add to your balance.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Open My creations and choose Manage plan. You can manage or cancel your plan in two clicks. A cancelled plan stops at the end of the month you paid for.
What if a creation fails?
The credits go straight back to your balance, automatically.
Are taxes included?
Yes. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe, which also sends your receipts.
Can I use my videos for clients or ads?
Yes. Everything made with paid credits comes with a commercial licence: post, monetise and use it for brands and clients. Free creations carry a small watermark and are for personal use.
Can I get free credits?
Yes. Every day you get one free creation. And in My creations you have an invite link: when a friend buys their first credits, you both get 50 bonus credits.
Can I get a refund?
If something went wrong with a payment, write to hello@rewatchai.com and we will sort it out. Credits already used cannot be refunded.
