Terms of service

Last updated: 1 November 2026. These terms govern your use of Rewatch, a service of Wrenton SAS (see the legal notice). By using Rewatch you accept them.

1. The service

Rewatch turns a short idea into an AI-generated song and a vertical video clip. Results are produced automatically by AI models and can vary; we do not guarantee that a clip will reach any number of views.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy credits. Rewatch is not directed at children.

3. Credits and payment

• Credits are sold in packs, paid once through Stripe. They do not expire and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• One Mascot Dance or Lyric Loop clip uses 1 credit; one AI Movie clip uses 5 credits.
• If a clip fails to render, the credits used are returned automatically. Each paid clip includes one free retake.
• Because credits are digital content delivered immediately, you ask us to start delivery at purchase and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law once the credits are added to your balance. Unused packs can still be refunded within 14 days on request if no credit from the pack has been used.

4. What you can do with your clips

Subject to these terms, Wrenton SAS grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use, post, monetise and edit the songs and clips you make with paid credits, including for commercial purposes. Free clips can be posted with the Rewatch watermark, for non-commercial use. AI-generated works may not be protected by copyright in every country and similar outputs can be generated for other users.

5. What you cannot make

• Content about or imitating a real person, including their voice or likeness, without their permission.
• Copies or imitations of existing songs, lyrics, characters or brands you do not own.
• Hateful, harassing, sexual, violent or illegal content, or content aimed at children's harm.
• Spam or deceptive content, including content presented as real when it is AI-generated.

We may refuse a request, remove a clip or close an account that breaks these rules, without refund of the credits used.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for what you post and must follow the rules of the platforms you post on, including their AI-content labelling rules.

7. Liability

Rewatch is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, the liability of Wrenton SAS is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. Consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform and keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. Contact us first at hello@rewatchai.com.
